Traditional two-sided goatskin drums are hand made in a sacred manner by practicing shamans in Nepal.  Drum-handle is hand carved wooden phurba (sacred dagger featuring the interwoven snakes that are a universal symbol for healing,) as well as representations of the faces of the godhead, the sacred Garuda Bird and other auspicious symbols.  No two exactly alike.  Special Order.
